This Job was UTS Ultimo, it was a Commercial office fit out for various door frames and automated entry doors sized around 3M. We at XCEL utilised a wide range of timbers for both the door frames and handles themselves. All fittings, door frames, handles were custom made by our team at XCEL. Both Pivot doors and sliding doors were installed by our team to provide a modern, custom made aesthetic to the building internals.
Hornsby Hospital emergency ambulance bay was constructed with covered roofing that matched a 1:20 ratio pedestrian ramp. The
large level roofing project was constructed with supporting steel posts, 1:20 pedestrian ramp with compliant handrails and no slip paint applied to ramp.
We were tasked with a tight time-frame for this project, allowing two weeks to meet the builders deadline. We achieved this be having 10 dedicated carpenters onsite, full time. We were able to finished within our deadline commercial job.
Collaroy Plateau was a Full house renovation with an architectural designed extension and outdoor living area.We tested the limits of LVL’s and glue laminated beams . Xcel carpenters and joiners assisted with the Carpentry fix out on holey moley in Darlinghurst we did various installations such as doors and hardware, feature walls timber dowel tubing, crazy golf curved walkways and of new built bars. We utilised out skills to build and fit this unique setup.
